Background information:

I. BUYER Information:
The decades business relation with China exporting products to clients in that country have resulted in the diversification of products they sell to different clients there, being one of the products of Sugar.

In this regard, as I told you Victoria Choice “Parent Company” in Colombia have been exporting sugar for their mill in Columbia. However due to their limited production capacity they have been forced to start adding to their Colombian capacity, mills from Brazil that can fulfil the needs of their clients.

This is the reason that Victoria Choice, not is buying sugar in Brazil for export (by the way not only to China) is what triggered the establishment of an office in Brazil that among other things supervises their sugar purchasing in situo.

II. SUGAR Need:
Purchase Sugar for a client in China:

Buyer: USA based company in Texas – Victoria Choice
Commodity: Icumsa 45 – White Crystal Sugar.
Volume requested of each buyer per year:
CHINA: 600,000 MT per year.
Annual contract of 50 MT per month
Delivery: CHINA – Port of Qingdao (Quindao)
Prices CIF offered:
CHINA: USD $ 370 CIF per MT

III. BACKGROUND information about a “Alleged Supplier – Sugar Seller”  who committed in writing to fulfill an annual contract of Sugar for 600.000 MT

The company SCO – Wiag Group out of Australia & Singapore – is attached.

Price US$ 375 per MT
Term of Payments – Direct Non Transferable DLC (Back to Back Instrument)

IV. Final Comments Regarding Victorian Choice LoI:
Victoria Choice will be the BUYER
Victoria Choice will deliver / sell to their chinese client.
Victoria Choice has all the permits, licences and experience / expertise to export Sugar to China from Brazil.
Victoria Choice LoI is a”mirror” of their current sugra purchase contract with a client in China.
